Yesterday was a Big Day for the hackney family. We had Ginny baptised at the First Presbyterian Church in Cartersville. She did a great job...did not make one peep during the service or her big part. She just smiled and looked a the lights in the church and all the people there in the congregation. We were so proud of her. After the service we hosted a luncheon at our home for friends and family. Thanks to everyone who made the trip to support our family on this wonderful occasion. You all mean so much to us and it really means alot to us that you care about us and our new little one so much. We hope to see all of you soon.

New Friend

We had a lunch date today with a new friend for mommy and Ginny, Lucy and Bitsy. We had a great time playing with Lucy and watching her motor around the house with her push toy. It looked like so much fun. Ginny played on the floor and watched Lucy run around the house. We look forward to more play and lunch dates.

Happy Valentine's Day

Just wishing you a little Valentine treat!! Ginny is doing great laying on her stomach. She can lift her head and legs very high, now.

Stroller Time

We enjoyed the beautiful weather this weekend with a few stroller rides. Ginny is sitting up like a big girl for one of the rides. Looks like the ride really tired her out!

Visit with Cousins

We went to visit Katie and Molly yesterday because I will have to go back to work next week and we want to make sure we have lots of fun before that happens. Mommy and Ginny are keeping busy these last few days before the classroom calls mommy back! We helped Katie celebrate her 7th birthday with Nan and Pops. Katie blew out the candles and licked all of them, passed out cupcakes to everyone. Both girls loved holding and helping with Ginny while we were there.
