What a decorated stroller...It is amazing all the "gear" that goes along with a simple stroll around the neighborhood!

"Play-dates"

We have been busy once returning from the beach. Ginny has played with two of her friends this week. On Tuesday we went to Dalton to see all the grandmothers and great-grandmothers and to play with our friends Jenny and James Floyd. Ginny showed James how to play with some of her toys.

Then today, Kristine and Wes Janik came to Cartersville to visit us. Ginny and Wes had a great time together. You can see that they are trying to share toys and really watching to see what the other one is going to do next. Wes was crawling all over the floor and you could tell that Ginny was jealous and is ready to follow right after him.

We have had a great week!!

Beach...Ocean Isle

We just got back from our trip to the beach. We all went to Ocean Isle, NC and had a great time. There were 6 kids 7 years old and younger. Ginny was with all her cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and parents. Needless to say, there were lots of hands to help and play with Ginny. We needed all the help we could get, because taking a baby to the beach is not that easy, but every minute was worth it. She loved the sand, ocean, pool, playing, and just hanging out. Ginny did great the whole trip...she ate well, slept well, and played well. She had a lot of firsts...seeing the ocean, getting in the ocean, swimming in the pool, and playing in the sand. Here are a few shots of our beach trip!
